ARTEMARE / FRANCE
The tiny houses are not new. In many countries, they are becoming consolidated as a serious alternative to people who have few resources or who are rather nomadic, without much family or long-term relationships. In this context, a French company has gone further and has created the first convertible houses.
The Optinid company proposes 21m2 houses spread over two floors. The houses are very efficient from the energy point of view, and also offer the possibility to completely remove the cover in a few seconds to fully sleep in the open air. The prices of these singular homes are around 55,000 euros.
